Haciendas del Conde HOA LOTS 26-57

At the May 2024 HOA board meeting, new color standards for all residences on Placita Del Conde were approved.  

 

To summarize:

• All residences, both townhomes and patio homes, will now have the same painting options.

• Town Homes are going from one color option (Body-Pearl White and Trim/Garage-Norfolk Brown) and gaining the previous Patio Homes three options.

• Patio Homes are going from their current three options and gaining the Town Home Pearl White and Norfolk Brown.

• Additionally: The board also approved a change for garage doors. They now can be the color of either the body of the house, the trim of the house, or white at homeowners’ discretion.
