ABOUT
The Haciendas del Conde neighborhood is nestled in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona.
Established in 1978, the community is part of the Haciendas Catalina del Rey subdivision and includes 114 residential lots:

82 “homesites” (for individual, stand-alone residences; lots 1-25 and 58-114) along Pontatoc Road, Camino del Conde, and Calle del Conde, public streets maintained by Pima County

12 patio homes (lots 26-37) and 20 townhomes (lots 38-57) located on private streets in the Placita del Conde area

MEMBERSHIP
All property owners of record in the Haciendas del Conde development are members of the Haciendas del Conde Association, and are entitled to the rights and subject to the responsibilities of membership, which are described in the Association’s By-laws and CC&Rs. Each member is responsible for being familiar with and complying with these documents.
ASSOCIATION
The Haciendas del Conde Association is empowered by the CC&Rs to manage the common-area assets of the neighborhood, establish standards for appearance and aesthetics to protect the value and desirability of the owners’ investments, and resolve any other issues that may arise.
