WHO WE ARE

The Haciendas del Conde neighborhood is nestled in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona. In addition to the nearby conveniences you’d expect such as grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and urgent care, you are just minutes from many popular Southern Arizona attractions including Sabino Canyon, Gallery Row, Finger Rock Trail Head, La Encantada and De Grazia Gallery in the Sun to name a few.

ABOUT THIS WEBSITE

This website provides general information about the Haciendas del Conde Homeowners’ Association. It is a plain language summary of the more commonly noted conditions of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), By-laws, and policies enacted by the various Boards of Directors over the years. It is not intended to replace the CC&Rs, By-laws, or Board policies, which always remain the final authoritative source.

The annual members meeting will be held on Saturday, March 21st at 9:30 AM at the cabana, 5910 N. Pontatoc Road. All members are invited to attend.
