Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is available for use between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily. Here’s a summary of guidelines to follow when using the pool area:

  1. Anyone in the pool after 10 p.m. without permission from the Board of Directors shall be considered trespassing.
  2. The Board of Directors may post hours for adult swim (18 years and older) should such be warranted.
  3. The pool is not heated.
  4. No lifeguard is on duty. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
  5. Swimmers are required to rinse off in the outside shower before entering the pool.
  6. Swimmers must leave the pool during lightning conditions.
  7. Children under the age of 15 MUST BE accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES. Rough play and running within the pool are forbidden. Pool play equipment is limited to small, soft vinyl or inflatable toys. Other objects are not allowed.
  8. Swimmers must wear swim suits.
  9. Guests must be accompanied by an adult member and must comply with Association regulations.
  10. Eating and drinking are not allowed on the pool deck surrounding the pool. Glass beverage containers are not allowed in the pool complex.
  11. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
  12. The Association is not responsible for loss, damage or injury while members or their guests are using the pool facilities.
  13. All members using the pool are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool area and the good condition of the patio furniture.
  14. Use of the pool for special purposes or occasion must be arranged in advance and approved by the Board of Directors. To make a request, please contact Association


Tennis Court

The tennis court is for the exclusive use for members of the Haciendas del Conde Association and their guests. Please be advised of the following guidelines:

  1. Tennis footwear must be worn.
  2. If others are waiting to play, singles playing time is limited to 60 minutes; 90 minutes for doubles.
  3. If a sign-up sheet is utilized, players must sign in with their lot number or street address when using the court and may make reservations one day in advance. If not occupied within ten minutes of reserved time, the use of the court is forfeited.


Access Cards

  1. A security access keycard is used to open the gates to the recreation area parking lot and the pool / cabana area.
  2. New members of the Association should receive an access card from the previous owners of their property, or may request one from the Association’s Secretary. There is a $10 fee for each card.
  3. Access security keycards may not be loaned to non-members.
  4. Gates shall not be propped open once access has been gained, other than to facilitate large groups or movement of materials. Damage to gates or access card facilities will be charged to the member responsible.
  5. Members are responsible for the use of access cards by all members of their families and their guests. Damage to the facilities or illegal activities may lead to denial of the privileges of the offending members.
  6. Association members who rent their homes are responsible for their tenants’ use of the facilities and for the security of the access card. Tenants who wish to obtain a card directly from the Association will be required to pay the deposit fee.
  7. Association members are asked to report lost or stolen access cards to the Association secretary for cancellation. Replacement cards may be obtained for a $10 fee.
  8. Repeated violations of the rules for use of the recreation facilities may lead to denial of the privileges of the offending members.
